Monterey Cypress (Collaboration)

The following project consists of designing and permitting a conversion of the existing garage to a 476 sq. ft. JADU, the addition of an attached 986 sq. ft. ADU, minor interior remodel of 266 sq. ft. and hardscaping including lowering the slope of the driveway. Upgrade water meter to 1-inch. This project was done in collaboration with Ergo Architecture.
